Catching-up I: Blair and Persson

As I said, it has been busy days, but now I will try to catch up. First of all, in my column in AiP this week I try to put focus on the reform agenda of Tony Blair and Göran Persson. Winning elections and delivering economic growth (and surviving scandals) are not the only things they are great at.
