Dean at the PES conference! That's good, and surprising...
What was his speech like?
A very good speech, he talked a lot of the Democratic recovery in the 2006 elections, focusing on politics from the bottom up (and not top-down). Stressing for example the 50-state strategy, grass root activities, how to use Internet in campaigns and between campaigns, etc.
